FRAMED ONLINE Returns policy
Products ordered online from FRAMED opticians will be picked and shipped at the earliest opportunity.
All in store orders are considered firm orders and are not eligible for cancellation. Online only orders are eligible for cancellation up to 7 days from processing your order, under the distance selling regulations.
Framed opticians take great care with our products, and we have a huge amount of pride in our work and products. For this reason, if your purchase is covered under the distance selling regulations, and needs to be returned, we can not accept returns which are not in perfect, restock condition, so please take great care when packing your item for return, as damaged products will not be accepted. A full refund for the product only will be issued once the product is received back to us. You will be liable for shipping costs.
Please use a traceable method of delivery for your return as we are not responsible for lost items. All Framed opticians products are covered by a manufacturers warranty against defects of manufacture. This these terms and conditions of sale are in alignment with your statutory rights.
Products for return must be notified to us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt.
Only Non-Perishable items are eligible for return. Eye drops, Eye lid wipes or hygiene products sadly cannot be returned.
